IT ONSITE/ IT HELPDESK
IT Onsite or IT Helpdesk is an IT personnel leasing service. CMS Service leases IT personnel who have been trained and professionally trained in IT system management and operation to help customers manage the system at the requested location. The selected personnel will perform the work within the scope of responsibility of the job description and comply with the regulations of the client.
User support:
- Common problems on computers
- Problems on printers, scanners, photocopiers, phones, . . .
IT system management:
- Install, configure and manage IT infrastructure systems.
- Monitoring, reporting system status periodically.
- Check, warn, troubleshoot problems related to the system, internet connection.
- Manage IT supplies and equipment within the scope of authorization
Customers can choose response time:
8×5
(8 hours/day, 5 day/week)
8×7
(8 hours/day, 7 day/week)
24×7
(24 hours/day, 7 day/week)
