Hanoi, August 13, 2019 – CMS Co., Ltd, a member of CMC Technology Group, officially signed a cooperation agreement with Samsung Vina Electronics Co., Ltd (SAVINA), part of the Samsung Group. Accordingly, CMS becomes the exclusive distributor of Samsung Flip interactive boards in Vietnam.
Samsung Flip is considered an upgrade to traditional whiteboards and electronic boards, integrating powerful features to support teaching and learning in schools, as well as idea sharing and meetings in modern offices.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. KC Ryu, Director and Senior Advisor for Information Technology and Enterprise at Samsung Vina, stated: “With CMS’s extensive distribution network across 63 provinces and cities, along with the superior features of the Flip product and attentive after-sales services, Samsung aims to make the Flip a popular and widely used interactive board in schools and businesses throughout Vietnam in the near future.”
Mr. KC Ryu affirmed that CMS is the most suitable partner to collaborate with Samsung in introducing the Flip to the market. “CMS has extensive experience in distributing IT products, a knowledgeable workforce, strong marketing capabilities, and a quick grasp of modern technology products, along with a wide distribution network. I believe that CMS’s support will help Samsung quickly and effectively introduce the Flip series to customers, leading to wider usage of the product in Vietnam.”
Mr. KC Ryu also expressed his hope that the cooperative relationship, based on mutual understanding and trust between Samsung Vina and CMS, will continue to grow, contributing to a solid, long-term partnership between the two companies.

In addition to being the exclusive distributor for Flip, CMS is also distributing all of Samsung’s Digital Smart Signage Display products.
